When I founded Polo & Tweed, I really brought my energy and my spirit into the company. I am a fiercely fair person and that’s reflected in everything we do. I really do believe that people should be treated fairly and given the best service, regardless of how much money they have in their bank.

Personally, the bottom line is not what drives me in business. It’s about client satisfaction. It’s about a family taking on the best nanny they can, having a wonderful addition to their lifestyle and family, and giving them the very best experience they can have.

Our connection with clients is one of the biggest things that sets us apart from other London agencies. If clients want to talk to me or call me or connect with me, the owner, then they most certainly can. I take pride every day in the job that we do and try to provide the very best service I can for every one of our clients.
