Do you have an outside space in your garden but are not sure what to do with it? Or perhaps you have loads of ideas and dreams about your ideal garden, but no idea where to start? You should consider hiring a gardener! A gardener can really transform your outside space, and better yet: can manage and maintain it for you too. So all you have to do is sit back, and enjoy your beautiful new outside space.

So how can you transform your outside space by hiring a gardener?

The Vision

Firstly, for your outside space to be transformed, you hiring a gardener is a perfect move because of the ideas your gardener will have. Gardeners are, after all, specialists in creating beautiful, as well as functional, outside spaces.

Your new gardener will be able to work with you to make your outdoor dreams a reality. They will have the vision to know the potential your outside space has, however large or small. There will be areas in your garden you never thought would be great spaces. But your gardener will be able to transform even the dullest corner with shade only, into a beautiful and functioning space for you to enjoy.

So together with your input on style and budget, your gardener will be able to get everything together and create the space you want. Or the space you never even knew was possible! Perhaps a completely new play area for the children that is safe, but still looking beautiful within your garden design. Or a sensory garden area for your dog to have a great time in. Or perhaps a very modern patio with the BBQ and entertaining space you have always dreamt of.

The Knowledge

Having a vision for your garden to be transformed into a subtropical paradise is one thing. Trying to keep all these tropical plants alive in a completely different climate, is a whole different thing.

And this is where your gardener will once again come in to play. Not only will your gardener have the vision to transform your outside space. They will also have the knowledge of knowing what will work, and what definitely will not.

You can fall in love with a certain type of plant or tree, but if your garden, location, or climate is not right for it, even with the most love and care it will not survive. So your gardener will save you lots of money on buying things that won’t last. And instead will give you the insider’s knowledge on what things might work extremely well, instead.

So not only will you have a great idea of what your garden can look like. With the help of your gardener, it will also be a project that can become a reality, and a space you can enjoy long term.

The Skills

So finally, a key thing that your gardener will bring to your new garden transformation is the skills! Arguably the most important part of your whole outdoor renewal plan.

Do you know how to work with different types of soil? How and when to best plant certain types of flowers, plants, and trees? When to trim and cut them, and when to definitely don’t? And besides that, there is the heavy manual labour that is gardening! People can underestimate how physically intense the job actually is. And you need to be physically fit and strong to be able to do the job, and finish it well too. And also to keep your body safe! If you push through any pains during gardening, you can potentially injure yourself.

A gardener is an experienced professional, and will know what they can and cannot do. And how to operate all the machinery properly and safely, to get the job done well.

So what are you waiting for? Why not look into hiring a gardener now so you can transform your outside space into an area you have always dreamed of!

Hi, I am located in Riverstone AUSTRALIA,
I have a small backyard, with a paved patio which is undercover, a small patch of grass, then a top level which you access VIA 3 small steps leading up to a garden bed.
I want someone to come and plant lots of plants and make it into a cosy inviting space.
