What gains are there from taking part in Polo & Tweed training?
At the end of Polo & Tweed training students and principals see a massive development in the skill set of attendees. Attention to detail is key, so being able to recognise when something isn’t quite in place on the table, or knowing that their principal likes a bottle of a certain type of water next to the bedside table makes all the difference. Great staff know that perfection and the art of service is key to the job.
Students will also gain confidence and feel more comfortable in their role when they know they are providing the principal with the very best service. The combination of new skills learned, old skills refreshed, and existing skills reaffirmed improves confidence which improves moral and service.
So both for the principal and the student, whether they come on the open weekend course or whether it’s a one to one or a private group training, they gain valuable skills and confidence in their work.
