The first place that we can teach people is in situ – in their private homes, on board their yachts, in their jets – really anywhere that there is a need for service or skills.
The second place, of course, is the classroom, which is more typically suited to our group classes and our open courses where anyone can join and learn. An individual may seek training in silver service, perhaps if they want to go on to work in a restaurant or in a five star hotel or, indeed, if they just want to add that specific skill set to their CV.
