    Good morning,
    I worked as all rounder/butler/housemanager in different households. Stress or changing tasks in minutes or seconds, are no problem. The problem I have is, as I’m the youngest and the other personal longer working for the family, they don’t hear about what I say to them.
    When only the principal knows what he wants from you and don’t explain to the other employees that they have to hear about you because he wants it, it’s impossible to work like this.
    A household should work as a team. There is a team leader which has the training and experiences to be sure about he said

Any team, however big or small, is nothing without teamwork and a strong, but fair team leader, House Manager, or Head of Household, for example, to keep all communication clear and also to make it an enjoyable working environment for every single person involved.
