One of the biggest things I’ve learned on the job on a daily basis is to be very private and discreet:

Be aware of your surroundings, who’s around you, and how you talk on the telephone. Never mention your client’s name in any conversation; refer to them by initials only: Mr A or Mrs B.

You should never actually use the full name of your principal under any circumstances as you don’t know who’s around you, who’s watching you, or who’s listening to what’s actually being said.

Also be very discreet. If a client is entertaining, know your position; know your place. Always knock before entering the room and never get into conversation with them unless spoken to first.
