Retraining Current Staff
If you have a member of staff that needs a little bit of fine-tuning and you prefer to keep them, rather than find someone new, enrolling them in a training course is your best bet. Some staff may be great, but they need a bit of guidance in a few areas and we can absolutely help.
Our Approach To Domestic Staff Training
Our approach to domestic staff training is sensitive and thorough. To start, our trainers come in and have an informal chat, back and forth, “How would you do that? Have you thought about doing it this way? Did you know once upon a time I did this when I served the queen.”
We understand that retraining may be a sensitive area for a staff member and we we are careful not to embarrass or humiliate them. The best learning is done when someone feels safe and comfortable to ask questions, so we work to provide the best learning atmosphere.
