What qualifications do I need to apply for nanny roles? I really want to work in childcare, but I’m so confused of what I need to show on my CV. Do I need to have formal childcare qualifications to work as a nanny?

Hi Samantha, all nannies have different types of qualifications. Some have degrees in childhood education, others have masters in children psychology. Each nanny approaches their professional education from a unique perspective. So find what inspires you and then enrol on training courses. Make sure you have first aid and DBS up to date when applying for work. I hope that helps.
