Food Hygiene and Safety Training

Why is Food Hygiene Training important?

If your employee is handling food or even just works in an area where food is being used, it is vital that they are clear on food hygiene and safety. Regardless of where the staff member works – be a private home, through to a hotel, yacht or jet – the liability lies with you. It is therefore extremely important that your staff are fully up to date and knowledgeable, with good food hygiene in place.

Food hygiene, and the lack there-off, can be the difference between life and death and should not be ignored. The good news is that food hygiene can easily be taught in short and accessible training qualifications at various different levels.

Our trainers work with your staff to take them through all food hygiene, with three accessible levels of training available and ensure that your staff is clear, knowledgeable, up to date and fully compliant with your legal responsibilities.
