How P&T classify our Domestic Couples - Salary Guidelines

The below Salary Guidelines are based on an average 40 hour week and do not take into account live in or live out options.  The salary is always variable depending on overall package offered.

Entry-Level Domestic Couple is a candidate with 2-4 years experience. 

Expect a salary of £576-826 gross a week (per person).

Yearly salary range from £30,000 gross to £43,000 gross(per person).

 

Mid-level Domestic Couple is a candidate 4-8 years experience.  

Expect a salary of £840-1250 gross a week (per person).

Yearly salary from £44,000 gross to £65,000 gross per year (per person).

 

High level Domestic Couple is a candidate with 8+ years experience.  

Expect a salary of £1269+ gross a week (per person).

Yearly salary from £66,000+ gross upwards (per person).
