Once you have activated a job with us, we will share it with our network. This is both an internal and external network. We are extremely careful with identifying information, however, we do have a duty to describe the job role, conditions and the environment in which the candidate will work.
The email you have received has a job description which we will use to share to our network – this is your opportunity to edit or change anything you wish.

Our own website – This is a public vacancy page on our own website, which anyone can access and read the public job specifications
Our internal database of candidates – we will email, call, SMS and send them job alerts which match their preferences. This is how we find you a candidate – with a candidate who is fully registered and vetted before they ever get to meet you.
Our external job sites – we use a variety of external job sites to advertise positions. This is mainly used to continue brand advertising, giving us a presence on the major job sites. These may include job sites such as Indeed, Gumtree, etc.
Our social media pages – we share on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram, as our followers love to hear about all the new jobs. Again this is is mainly used for branding.
Other pages – the internet is a fast-moving place, and our jobs are often picked up with other sources and shared.
If you do NOT wish us to advertise this job on any of the methods above, you must clearly let us know at the point of the activation email, and within 4 hours of receiving this email. By limiting us in the above method, it is likely that your job applications will be severely impacted. If you are at all concerned about the information we share, we can edit the job spec to use different information (for example changing the pet types or children’s ages etc)
