Important Information!

Activation: Your training account has to be manually activated by a team member. We work between Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm GMT. If you purchase a training course outside of this time, then please allow for up to 24/48 hours for activation of your training profile (please check your spam for login details).

Length of Subscription (Paid Courses): When you purchase a course from us you have four calendar months to complete the training with us. This is timeline commences upon activation of your course (when we send you the login to the training). At the end of the four months if you have not completed your training with us, we will, at our discretion appoint an additional time bonus for you to complete, or you will be required to purchase a new course. Please read our full T&C at the activation stage of the course enrolment via our E-Learning Portal.

Length of Subscription (Taster Courses): Taster courses are activated for 10 days, and should during this timeframe you purchase a full course, your system will extend for the four calendar months (in addition) to these 10 taster days.
