Depending on the level of support you require, we can adjust the programme to suit your needs.  We work with global clients, providing them with discreet guidance and a fresh pair of eyes to review the existing setups.

Our Management Support is a unique setup which many of our clients undertake for three main reasons:

Bespoke Management – Our management support is tailor-made for individual families, HR departments, corporate offices, or anyone needing additional support.

Bridging the Gap – Our trainers and consultants are able to act as a ‘buffer’ between the management team and the principal or head of the establishment.  This can provide a structured way to make positive changes, whilst protecting egos and emotions!

Management Support Options

Remote Support

Through various channels of conference calls, video (Skype) meetings and online support, we can offer remote management support.

This allows us to schedule budget friendly meetings, quickly diagnose the issues and come up with new structures and ways to implement change.

Monthly Management Meetings

Our management meetings are devised for our consultant/trainer to offer in person support.  These can consist of management meetings with you/your staff, and during this period we give you support and guidance with tools to make changes, problem solve, and improve.

Typically we would meet with you/your staff once a month in this package.

Fortnightly Management Meetings

Our management meetings are devised for our consultant/trainer to offer in person support.  These can consist of management meetings with you/your staff, and during this period we give you support and guidance with tools to make changes, problem solve, and improve.

Typically we would meet with you/your staff twice a month in this package.

Twice a year Management Meetings

Our management meetings are devised for our consultant/trainer to offer in person support.  These can consist of management meetings with you/your staff, and during this period we give you support and guidance with tools to make changes, problem solve, and improve.

About Our Trainers

We have strict requirements for our trainers because we want the absolute best for our students. Perfection comes with the territory – it is a core value for our students and thus must be a core value for our trainers. If you have special skill requests for your training, let us know and we’ll pair you with the best fit.

Michal has over 23 years of experience in Silver Service. He personally served VIP guests including Royalty and Celebrities.  He has been teaching for the last 4 years. He teaches Silver Service, House Management, Butlering and Etiquette because it is his passion and he loves to see his students grow.

Tracey Waterman

Tracey has over 20 years of experience in Housekeeping, House Management and hospitality. She has personally worked with VIP clients, HNW properties and luxury interiors. She teaches Housekeeping, House Management and Silver Service with passion and integrity, and she thrives on seeing her students develop and grow in confidence.
