In general, the level of authority and decision-making power within an organisation is determined by the organisational hierarchy and the roles and responsibilities associated with each position. No organisation is the same and you should check with your HR department and line manager for specific role associated duties. I hope this helps.

Oftentimes, there is always a clash between administrators and secretaries on schedule of duties. My question now is that, can a lower level administrator of grade level 8 assess or give responsibility to a grade level 13 senior secretary in an office?
