Most of our candidates are already working in the luxury domestic staff industry and they are looking to improve their skills. Most of our candidates are already working in the domestic industry or hotel industry. And they are looking to improve their skills and/or add certificates to their CV’s. They may come to us as a request from their principal, for required training from hotel management. Or on their own. Our silver service training course is a quick way to learn silver service. In-person, or online! Or sharpen your existing silver service skills.

We have a wide variety of domestic staff in our training programmes. Ranging from yacht crew to hotel crew, butlers and housekeepers. Every domestic staff position is unique depending on the demands of the job. And the requests of the principal so it’s common to have a variety of domestic staff in our courses.

What’s interesting is we’ve seen a rise of white-collar individuals who want to have more training in these areas. So we’ve had lawyers, we’ve had accountants, we’ve had people who’ve had one specific career and they want to move on and do something different. So now they become a butler, or they want to go into service house management or estate management. It’s fascinating to see now that service has become a really positive word and it is no longer conceived as a dirty or a negative career to have.

Now being a domestic helper means you can work for the rich and famous, travel the world, see amazing places. So why not retrain and become a butler?
